Hot water training

Training as a hot water trainer

This training, which includes breathing training in a warm water pool, is specially designed to train breathing and body therapists in the birth theme and its effects familiarisation. It is also suitable for further training to support clients of all kinds in their in-depth processes of Birth trauma healing to accompany them.

A profound healing experience, with profound change! I have been meaning to sit down and write an email for a long time since I returned from our extraordinary breathing module and my healing experience. A lot has changed in me through breathing. I feel stronger and more aware in my legs, my motivational energy has changed and some deeply learned behaviours have been broken, really quite profoundly in my brain.
